GENTING CASINO LEICESTERis currently looking for full-time and part-time Hospitality Team Members to join their vibrant Hospitality team. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a flexible attitude towards changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas. Our roles involve working in the casino bar, restaurant and back of house, so we are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience working in a similar position. We are looking for hard-working individuals who are eager to rise to a new challenge.

Key competencies and duties include:

• Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to all company procedures, processes, and health and safety and hygiene regulations
• Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement.
• Till operation and cash handling
• Full flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
• Working to increase public relation skills within the team.
• Working in the restaurant serving food and drink beverage, both front and back of house.
• Clearing tables of cutlery and glasses etc. from customers ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly
• Cocktail making experience would be an advantage for bar roles
